Responsibilities:

Report directly to the leadership, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of warehouse logistics.

Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering their development through coaching and training.

Evaluate current processes and systems, offering insightful recommendations for improvement.

Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures, optimizing facility, equipment, and machinery usage.

Maintain accountability by monitoring staff performance and progress towards organizational goals.

Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to plan and review logistics processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.

Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures, optimizing team efficiency and productivity.

Liaise with customers to address their needs and concerns, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Conduct regular meetings with team members collectively and individually, offering support, feedback, and recognition as needed.

Uphold a culture of safety and security by implementing relevant initiatives and practices and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by management.
